Meeting rooms
These were the main meeting rooms of the Tribunal. Because the building was divided into zones it was not possible for all staff members to access all meeting rooms. Nevertheless there was rarely a shortage of meeting spaces because staff members would meet in senior staff members’ offices or even in the cafeteria or on the large balcony.
