The Prosecutor
The Prosecutor headed the Office of the Prosecutor and was in charge of the investigation and prosecution of cases before the Tribunal. During the pre-trial, trial and appeal phases of cases the Office of the Prosecutor was referred to as the Prosecution or the OTP. It was one of the largest organisational units of the Tribunal.
