Medical Unit
The Medical Unit was located in the basement underneath the extended wing of the building. To reach it staff had to walk through a series of corridors and a door which was always closed. The unit consisted of a Senior Medical Officer who was a medical doctor and who was assisted by an occupational health nurse. There was also a staff welfare officer and an administrative assistant.
